Join us for an immersive box lacrosse training program designed to develop players’ skills and knowledge of the game. Led by seasoned professionals, including Zack Greer, a 15-year NLL veteran and World Champion, this program offers a unique opportunity to learn the true fundamentals of box lacrosse in a competitive environment. Each session will focus on key box lacrosse principles including skill development, shooting on the smaller goal and larger goalie, defensive technique, 2-man play, and odd-man situations. During the sessions we'll also provide athletes the opportunity to apply skills in live game situations, enhancing their understanding of the fast-paced nature of box lacrosse. Full box lacrosse gear will be provided for goalies.
